Christmas Eve started with cuddles from Granddad Jez and Great Granddad Eric. The girls were so excited for Santa (Father Christmas) to come they fell asleep early. The only problem was that they really just took their American afternoon nap. Abigail woke up at 2:00 in the morning!
The girls enjoyed opening their presents from Santa before church. Then they both fell asleep during the service!
The Queen's speech was short just focusing on the newest addition to the royal family.
Family present time was hectic with 5 grandchildren trying to pass out all the presents. There were a couple that did not have names so we decided they were for the whole family. Thankfully it was wine and cookies!!
Christmas dinner was a 5 course ordeal. Antipasti 1st course. Main meal of turkey with 2 types of stuffing came 2nd. Dessert of Christmas pudding 3rd. 4th course is cheese and port wine. And last mince pie and coffee.
