Today started a new chapter in the life of Sherman College. The Farmers Table, a local Spartanburg restaurant that specializes in local projects, has been contracted to operate the café on campus. The goal of the new owners Joel and Lenora Sansbury is to provide consistent delicious meals at reasonable prices to the student body.
I am sure that the transition process will take a little while to complete, but the café already looks better with new green walls and table cloths. I have high expectations for the new venture. So if you see a few new face on campus be sure to introduce yourself.
