'05 Grad Quattlebaum Receives SCCA Young Chiropractor of the Year 2009

Myrtle Beach, SC – The SC Chiropractic Association (SCCA) honored Dr. Brian E. Quattlebaum of North Charleston by naming him their 2009 Young Chiropractor of the Year during the SCCA Annual Convention Awards Banquet, held on August 15, 2009 in Myrtle Beach, SC.

This honor is bestowed upon a member of the Association who has been in practice for less than five years and has shown remarkable leadership skills.  The recipient is selected by the SCCA Awards Committee as someone who has worked to make a positive impact on the Association and the chiropractic profession.  Dr. Quattlebaum has served as a member of the Legislative Committee and was recently elected to the Board of Directors as the new District Three Director.

Dr. Quattlebaum graduated in 2005 from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Regent Lonscak Receives SCCA Presidential Cup 2009

SC CHIROPRACTIC ASSOCIATION AWARDS DR. GREGORY P. LONSCAK
WITH 2009 PRESIDENTIAL CUP AWARD

Myrtle Beach, SC – The South Carolina Chiropractic Association (SCCA) honored Sherman College Regent Dr. Gregory P. Lonscak of Beaufort, SC, by awarding him with the 2009 Presidential Cup and Chiropractor of the Year Award during the SCCA Annual Convention Awards Banquet, held on August 15, 2009 in Myrtle Beach, SC.

The Presidential Cup award is given to an outstanding member of the Association at the discretion of the President, and Dr. Lonscak was selected because of his dedication, loyalty and commitment to the Association and the chiropractic profession.  

The recipient of this annual award is elected by closed ballot by the general membership of the SCCA.  This honor is bestowed upon the SCCA member whose contributions to the Association and the chiropractic profession have helped in numerous and significant ways over the past year.

Dr. Lonscak possesses the energy and foresight to be a true leader in the Association.  His devotion to educating his colleagues on professionalism and the benefits of chiropractic care is exhibited by the countless hours he spends working to enhance the SCCA.
