APPLE PIE, BASEBALL AND CHIROPRACTIC
This event will promote low-cost chiropractic health care to the public.
Spartanburg, SC – Spartanburg Blue Eagles Baseball will host Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic Night at Wofford College on July 17, 2009 at 7 pm during their game against the Asheville Redbirds. Fans can enjoy America’s favorite pastime and take advantage of the opportunity to learn what many athletes already know—chiropractic care helps the body to perform at its best.
Tickets for the game are available at the Sherman College Chiropractic Health Center at 2020 Springfield Road, the college reception area in the Scallon Building, or the student services office in the Olsen Building on campus. Students can also show their Sherman College ID at the gate. A percentage of proceeds will go to support the Sherman Health Center
Chiropractic interns will be on hand during the game for free spinal screenings for fans as part of Sherman College's Chiropractic Health Center outreach to the community in Spartanburg and surrounding counties. Now recognized as effective, safe, and affordable, chiropractic primary health care allows the body to achieve optimal health and performance.
More than 30,000 patient visits are performed in the Sherman College Health Center each year. Chiropractic spinal adjustments remove interference to the body’s communication system, thus allowing the body to better self regulate and achieve optimal health and performance. Each patient's first visit to the Chiropractic Health Center is free.
