I ran into alumnus Steve Cagen on campus Tuesday morning. He was here to guest lecture in Bill Decken’s communication class. Cagen is well-known for his presentations on being successful and having fun in your practice. In fact, he had a few copies of his recently published book, How to Run a Really Cool Practice and Make a Really Big Profit, which he donated to the college library. (Thanks Steve!)
Sherman enjoys having graduates come back into the classroom to share their stories and their success with students. I was happy to see that Dr. Cagen was one of the guest lecturers this quarter. I have always found him to be a positive, fun-loving and successful person who is willing to share his knowledge and attitude with those of us just learning to be as cool as he is.
Alumni and students attending Lyceum will also get a chance to hear Cagen’s pearls of wisdom when they attend his presentation scheduled for Friday afternoon, May 28. He will also be found in the exhibitors area during Lyceum where he will have a table with his new book and other success materials.
