DCs, meet your new colleagues!
Sherman College held its 114th Commencement on Saturday, March 21. Twenty-five students from across the U.S. and as far away as Singapore graduated. Commencement speaker was Sherman grad and Kentucky Senator Robert J. Leeper, D.C. Sherman Associate Professor Ron Castellucci, D.C., gave the charge to the graduates.
Award recipients included the following:
- Amanda Laferty (Kentucky) -- Clinical Excellence Award and Milton W. Garfunkel Award (she delivered the farewell address to her classmates)
- Jaclyn Leeper (Kentucky) -- Academic Achievement Award with a 4.0 GPA!
- Charmaine Herman (New York) -- B.J. Palmer Philosophy Distinction Award and Service Distinction Award
- Christopher Ethridge of (South Carolina) -- Service Distinction Award
- Casha Smith (Maryland) -- Service Distinction Award
