Fall Lyceum and IRAPS

Spartanburg International Festival
A few weeks ago, I attend the Spartanburg International Festival, sponsored by the City of Spartanburg and held at Barnett Park. After all the years I have lived here, this was the first time I made it- and it was fabulous! There were vendors from all different countries, lots of food and entertainment. We had a great time!
