Lyceum is On It's Way
Lyceum is coming to Sherman!! It's roughly 2 months away, and there will be a lot going on. I'm not going to write the same information you can read on the Sherman website. I just wanted to highlight some speakers that our quarter is excited to see:
Dr. Cheryl Goble (aka. Dr. Chery) is deemed by my classmates as one of the best Gonstead practitioners. I hear she is very humble, generous in her wisdom, and full of passion for her craft. She even hosts students in her home, and provides a weekend of bonding and teaching of the Gonstead technique. I'm excited to hear from someone who not only gets Chiropractic, but can also execute it with perfection.
Dr. Kessinger is the founder of the Knee Chest Upper Cervical Specific program. And as previous posts have mentioned, this is the technique I get. I am so thrilled about this technique and the KCUCS program that I am attending the training modules in April & May, going to the Upper Cervical Evolution in TN, and participating in a mission trip to the Dominican Republic this summer. I feel God's hand in these decisions. It's nice to have a focus and a passion for that focus.
Dr. Kessinger is also a very humble doctor with a love for the Lord. It's great to have someone to look up to that holds your same values dear. He has always been genuine in conversation, and I'm sure his patients feel the same. I'm excited to learn from Dr. Kessinger. I think he truly understands how we are designed, and how we can serve each other better.
Dr. Drury is one of co-founders of Upper Cervical Health Centers. UCHC helps specific upper cervical doctors design and run their own practices. The great thing for patients is that they can travel and still get consistent care by visiting a local UCHC. It's a great concept, and I can't wait to hear more.
Anyway, if you want to learn more about the speakers, check out: 2008 Speakers. And to see the speaking schedule, check out: 2008 Schedule.
I hope to see you there!!!
