I’m Jaime Browning, former Sherman admission counselor, volleyball enthusiast and Navy Reservist. How did I end up here? I started with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a dream to counsel in schools and now, three years later, I have recently completed the Fast Track Program at Greenville Technical College and am attending Sherman College. Much of my life I have always known that I wanted to work with people. But somewhere in the midst of pursuing my master’s in counseling, my views veered off onto a different path. After working at Sherman and counseling prospective students for almost one-and-a-half years, my decision to pursue chiropractic is firm and concrete. Learning the philosophy behind a holistic way of living and allowing the body to do what it knows best seems like the only way life was meant to be lived. Why not teach others what I have been learning?

Hi Jaime,
My name is Jonathan. I was curious what you have seen and/or heard about how straight chiropractic differs once you get out into the "real" world. It appears that there is a HUGE divide in the industry. Do you have an opinion about this and any advice if someone is considering going to either Palmer or Sherman?

I'm an Army National Guardsman. I am currently applying for a job doing admissions recruiting. Could you speak of juggling both commitments?
