July is literally minutes away (at least for those of you in South Carolina). In the western part of Kentucky where I live, we have an extra hour to enjoy June. This June has been a great month. I have gotten a much needed break from school and the Health Center. Don't get me wrong, I love working with my patients but having a week off where there is absolutely nothing we can do in the clinic has been great so far. I have truly been able to kick back and relax. I am actually really looking forward to July though as well. In about a week, we will be back in school and the Health Center will be operating full time again, but it will be good to get back after a much needed break. Chiropractic isn't something that you can really take a long time away from because it is really easy to get rusty, especially when you have the limited experience that we as students have. What I am looking forward most to in July is my brother coming to visit. He is riding back to Spartanburg with me when I come back from my break. Not only will it be really nice to have someone to talk to on the long drive, but this is also the first time he has gotten to come and spend some time with me since I moved to Spartanburg almost three years ago. We are actually going to be heading to Myrtle Beach for the fourth of July as well which should be lots of fun. With Spartanburg only being a little over four hours away from Myrtle Beach, it is somewhere I really wanted to go before I graduate which is quickly getting closer and closer. While we are there, we plan on going to check out the new Hard Rock theme park they have recently built. We both really enjoy amusement parks so it should be a great time. Not to mention the fact that we will get to spend a nice and relaxing day or two at the beach before getting back down to business.

It was nice meeting you at Scotty's wedding. Keep up the excellent blog and keep Greg out of trouble for us.
