With most of our classroom education under our belts, we are spending much more time in the clinic. Each night I wonder where the day went! I know that we have to clock in 240 hours in the clinic, so most of our day is spent there, but it seems like the days are passing me by and I haven't accomplished what I've wanted to get done. I would prefer to spend my days, when I am not seeing patients, out and about trying to bring in new patients, but that is very difficult when I have to be at the health center to get hours! I would much rather be busy with patients all day than sitting in the center just clocking hours. I hope that at some point I will have enough patients to fill my entire day that I am never just sitting idle! I guess that I really can't complain now that I have a few patients that are committed to their care and come in to the clinic several days each week. The best feeling is when you give your patient an adjustment and they tell you how much better they are feeling!
