Getting to know me

I always knew that teaching was not going to be a lifelong career. I was unhappy as a middle school math teacher, and I knew that something better was waiting for me in the medical profession. As a New Jersey native, I was a patient of a local chiropractor who had spoken to me on several Zappilie_danielleoccasions stating I would make a great chiropractor! After having sparked my interest, I looked into the profession and visited Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. I was very impressed with what the school had to offer such as academic rigor, strong personal connections and a diverse student body. The students and teachers were inviting and informative, and I knew Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic was the perfect fit for me. I was confident in my decision to leave my teaching career and to pursue an endeavor in the field of chiropractic. I have great passion for this field of study and for this lifetime challenge.
