Hail to the Chief
We were chaperons on a school trip with our daughter recently to see History in the making - the inauguration of the 44th President of the United States of America. We packed a lot into a 3 day trip to the Nation's Capital; starting with a visit to the famous Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum. It was pretty cool to walk amongst the historical figures and paparazzi favorites.
Bet you didn't know that George Washington was a mason, and that the city which bears his name is rich with hidden symbolism planned at her foundation...quite literally.
Come on now General Lee...if we gotta surrender, for the love of the South, don't give up Grits and our right to say "Y'all"
----and if you can, try to charge out of state tuition to those students from above the Mason-Dixon Line - just kidding. We want you Y'ALL, too.
