Sherman College WCCS Offers Well Adjusted Bracelets For Sale

Are You Well Adjusted?  Are your patients?

WccsbraceletsA great promotional idea for your chiropractic practice is to use the Well Adjusted bracelets our World Congress of Chiropractic Students delegates are selling to raise funds for their trip to congress (in Mexico) in August. The bracelets are in attractive colors and available for as little as $1 each when ordered in quantity.

The patients at the Sherman College Chiropractic Health Center love them. Interns have been purchasing them from WCCS and using them as give-aways or as thank you gifts to patients. Sherman faculty and staff love them also. I have 2 colors and wear mine often. It sometimes gets noticed by friends and colleagues off campus and that gives me an opportunity to talk about chiropractic and promote our health center and our practicing alumni locally.

If nothing else, order a few bracelets for you and your family members and see how valuable they are as a practice marketing tool. Then imagine all your patients sporting one and sharing the chiropractic message with their family and friends. Get ordering details here.

The World Congress of Chiropractic Students (WCCS) is an international forum representing the chiropractic profession. Active membership consists of students from 33 chiropractic colleges from 5 continents. The WCCS has been around since 1979.

Sherman College 5K Returns to Lyceum Schedule

There will be a 5K walk/run on Saturday morning, May 24, as part of the Lyceum lineup of events. It has been several years since a race has been held at Lyceum. We give thanks this year to the World Congress of Chiropractic Students (WCCS) group for organizing, promoting, and getting financial support from local businesses for this event.
You can read more about it here.

Haven’t seen the new scenery outside at Sherman yet? Visit our Pardon our Progress blog to see the construction of a beautiful new plaza for students and employees to enjoy.

Sherman Career Day May 24

Auger_003Dr. George Auger (1993) of Greenville (on the right in the photo with his cousin Joe Donofrio) was on campus this week to give an assembly to students. He visited with us and introduced us to a prospective student from his practice. Eric is working on his prerequisites and will be coming back to Sherman during Lyceum to attend Career Day events on Saturday, May 24. If you have a patient interested in chiropractic as a career, why not turn them on to Career Day?

Read more about Career Day here.

Here's a picture of Eric talking with Sherman President Jon Schwartzbauer, D.C. Auger_004 at the assembly just before it started.
